It’s time to kick off the Holiday Season and with so many gift ideas, we have put together some excellent and affordable ideas from KidsDesk. One mother we intereviewed, Sue P. from Washington State, decided to outfit her existing computer with a children’s keyboard and children’s mouse because she didn’t have the room for a separate children’s computer desk. Another mother we intereviewed, Shawna from California, chose the Avalon Desk with Hutch in the honey. She decided to use her old desktop computer and she installed NetNanny parental control software which allowed her to fully control what her children were accessing online. Finally we intereviewed an owner of a daycare, Dawn from Oregon, who needed to replace her children’s table that she was using at her home daycare. She decided to go with another children’s table the Avalon Table and Chair Set and she also selected six additional Avalon Chairs so other children could easily gather around when they were using learning software or playing free web children’s games. The children now use it everyday. “I really love the Avalon Table and Avalon Chairs I got for my daycare, they add color and when the kids first saw the new learning station, they were amazed and excited”
